What if I am not satisfied with my order? We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you  are not satisfied with your order, you may return your none worn product in its original package for a 100% return. 

Can I cancel or change my order? Once you have placed your order, your order is immediately processed through production so that we may provide you with excellent turn around service. That is why we want you to look over your order and make sure you are happy before submitting your order. 

Will my Jewelry change colors? Our jewelry wont tarnish, wont change colors, Nickle free, and Hypoallergencic. 

When will my items arrive? Most items will arrive from anywhere from 4-14 days. Your item/items are personalized, but please understand that it may take up to 14 days to arrive.
